3) Alignment LabFree Shoulders, Long Neck (2-hr workshop)This workshop explores how we can use our ARMS and UPPER CORE as a foundation for opening the upper spine and releasing tension in the neck.  While the practice will include a few arm balances and inversions, modifications will be offered for all levels.  The intention is to bring awareness to what is happening in your upper spine and how you use your upper core.Feature poses: down dog, dolphin, cobra variations
