Although we are born naturally and perfectly whole beings, and are one with all, we forget everyday over again, as our feeling of separateness is reinforced by the occurrences of our everyday lives. Our yoga practice is a daily remainder of who we really are, learned through the intuitive wisdom of our bodies themselves.
In this session, we will practice asana, mantra and meditative yoga techniques which bring awareness to the subtle systems of our inner self, that which is perpetually united with all. In order to make positive change, we begin within.
